Roxana began her career in the field of corporate and insurance law. Currently, her professional practice focuses on a wide range of areas, including corporate, regulatory, financial, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, administrative and compliance matters.

She has provided advice to national and international companies in various aspects of her specialization, answering queries and proposing legal solutions, drafting a variety of civil and financial contracts, and participating in the incorporation and dissolution of companies.

In addition, she has been an integral part in due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions, as well as in regulatory procedures for entities supervised by the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFPs.

As part of her specialized training, she successfully completed the Specialized Program in Financial Law and Securities Markets at San Ignacio de Loyola University (USIL).
