Rossana has more than 15 years of legal experience, specializing in Corporate, Civil and Real Estate Law. She has extensive experience in the organization of companies, creation of branches, clearing of land titles, trade agreements, real estate transactions, including planning, consulting and administrative procedures, zoning, urban land uses parameters, as well as urban land improvement and detachment processes (separate registrations) necessary for the feasibility of the real estate projects.

She advises owners, real estate funds and investors, developers, construction companies, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects related to the drafting and negotiation of the necessary contracts to implement their projects.

She has led different real estate operations, such as the planning and structuring of purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, trusts, leases, constructions and/or various contractual instruments for the implementation of real estate projects, such as shopping centers, hotels, business centers, residential projects, processing plants and/or factories, among others.

Due to her active participation in local and international media specialized in real estate matters, she has been internationally recognized by international legal publications such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Legal Experts.

She has been a member of the steering committee of Women in the Legal Profession Peru (WIP Peru) since 2016 and a member of the “Rules of the Game Committee” of Women in the Legal Profession Peru (WIP Peru).

Author of “The Best Practices Guide”, winner of the 2019 Diversity Initiative of the Year Award by Latin Lawyer.

Michael has extensive experience in tax consulting, design of tax efficient business structures (tax planning), legal representation in procedures for the recovery of invested capital, advice in important international investment operations in Peru, tax reviews (audits), advice in audits carried out by the Tax Administration, legal representation in tax proceedings before SUNAT and the Tax Court, among others.

Likewise, he has more than 10 years of experience in university teaching in courses related to tax matters in the Schools of Law and Accounting. Additionally, he is a recurrent speaker at the level of business associations and educational institutions in relation to tax matters and member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

He is a lawyer from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), and holds a Master’s degree in Teaching for Higher Education from Universidad Andrés Bello in Chile. Additionally, Michael has postgraduate studies in International Taxation from Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires.

Jesus has more than 20 years of legal experience in financing matters, advising and representing major domestic and cross-border companies in lending transactions, both from the perspective of the lending and borrowing companies, as well as financial entities in the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of financing agreements refinancing, as well as in the collaterals covering them. 

His legal experience extends to Corporate Law, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised and represented major international companies in sales and purchases of assets and shares, both in the stock market and the private sector. His legal advice involves cross-border corporate transactions, the structuring of merger and acquisition transactions, and the negotiation, drafting, and execution of share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements.

Concerning the Insurance and Reinsurance practice area, he has advised insurance brokers, insurance agents, insurance policyholders, underwriters, reinsurers, claims adjusters, and others, providing a comprehensive service to the insurance and reinsurance business, including drafting and negotiation of insurance contracts, insurance, and reinsurance regulation and regulatory compliance, insurance coverage disputes of all types, development of new insurance products, representation before the Peruvian insurance authority; filing applications for the organization and formation of insurance activities, and other general regulatory matters.

Carlos has more than 18 years of legal experience successfully representing domestic and international companies in commercial litigation, arbitration, contentious administrative and constitutional disputes related to airlines, mining companies, pharmaceutical companies, agribusiness, real estate, among others.

He is an arbitrator in the Arbitration Centers of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and AMCHAM Peru.

He has been an associate professor of the Civil Liability course and the General Theory of Procedure course at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has written various articles in newspapers and legal journals.
