Josefina has legal experience in national and international arbitration, as well as in civil, commercial, and contentious-administrative litigation.

She worked as a teaching assistant in the Arbitration and Government Procurement courses at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She was also a member of the Arbitral Women 2019-2020.

His professional practice focuses on providing advice on corporate, administrative, financial and mergers and acquisitions law, especially in public-private partnership projects in infrastructure and mass passenger transportation, as well as in matters of government procurement.

He participates in the formulation of private initiatives, as well as in all stages of selection processes in public tenders under the rules of public-private partnerships and the rules of government procurement. He also participates in the negotiation and renegotiation of concession contracts in the transportation and infrastructure sector.

He has played an active role in several mergers and acquisitions processes under different modalities, including some outstanding deals. He has also advised several companies in bond issuance, debt issuance and debt restructuring processes.

Vladimir also has extensive experience in advising companies on corporate and contractual matters, corporate reorganization, as well as providing ongoing advice on the day-to-day operations of our clients.

He has had experience working in leading companies and law firms, as well as in investment projects financed by the World Bank and FAO.

He is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Andrea graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is a specialist in Administrative Law from the same university. She has extensive experience in Corporate, Administrative, Regulatory, and Antitrust Law.

She advises on matters related to trade defense measures, bureaucratic barriers, free competition, healthcare matters, education, telecommunications, and Personal Data Protection. She also provides legal representation in administrative, auditing, and sanctioning proceedings. She has served in the first and second instance at INDECOPI, and in the Licensing Directorate of the National Superintendence of Higher Education (SUNEDU).

Luis has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigations, as well as in administrative proceedings before the environmental, customs and energy authorities. His experience also includes administrative proceedings, legal advice and representation in national and international arbitration proceedings, as well as legal advice and representation in civil, administrative and constitutional judicial proceedings. He has provided consulting services in civil and commercial matters, dispute resolution in administrative proceedings in the electricity and natural gas sector, advice in judicial proceedings for indemnity for damages and missing cargo (on demurrage and damage to containers), advice in ship arrest proceedings to ensure collections, advice on administrative proceedings before the maritime Customs, among others.
