Her professional practice focuses on the airline industry and she is a leading professional in Aviation Law in the country and in the region.

María Eugenia also specializes in advising major airlines and suppliers in regulatory and compliance matters; local and international transactions; insurance; purchases, sales, mergers, spin-offs; aircraft financing and leasing; administrative processes before governmental authorities; operations authorizations and licenses; obtaining the required industry certificates for the company, its equipment and staff, as well as all related matters that allow an airline or a specialized airport services company to meet its objectives.

Moreover, María Eugenia has extensive experience in the corporate area, providing advice on strategies for the development of projects, associative contracts, public and private bids, corporate reorganizations, to companies in the construction, mining, logistics, port and public infrastructure sectors, among others.

She is currently Chair of the Latin American Forum of the International Aviation Women’s Association – IAWA and representative of the airlines of the Special Committee of the Fund for the Promotion and National Tourist Development of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism – MINCETUR, Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of International Air Transport Companies – AETAI, member of the Advisory Council of WIP Peru, Peruvian chapter of the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has been included in the Experts Guide as a leading lawyer in aviation in Peru and has been distinguished by the legal guide Latin Lawyer as one of the 50 most inspiring women in law in the Americas. She is regularly consulted by the media to provide her professional opinion.

She is a speaker and panelist at local and international conferences and seminars; and author of articles for legal magazines and local press.

Manuel has more than 30 years of legal experience. He is an expert in commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as in negotiations and dispute resolution. He is also an arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

His legal experience includes advising national and international companies, as well as individuals in multiple and complex arbitration and judicial proceedings. He has broad expertise in Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Law, and extensive experience in Cultural Heritage Law, focusing on Numismatics.

He has participated with lawyers from 104 firms, from an equal number of countries, in a project led by the World Bank and the University of Harvard, and the University of Yale to analyze the legal structure and efficiency of the judiciary in the world.
