Celia has broad experience and more than 10 years of practice within the public sector. Particularly, in the elimination of regulatory barriers, regulatory improvement, administrative simplification, consumer protection, competition, education, unfair competition.

Her academic background includes the completion of her master’s degree in Business Law. She also has a specialization in Regulatory Improvement and Regulatory Impact Analysis from the University of Piura (UDEP) and in Public Management from the University of Esan.

Finally, she has been a member of Indecopi’s Tribunal for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers since its creation in 2018 and has participated in important cases in various sectors, including transportation, health and telecommunications.

Her professional practice focuses on labor counseling in individual and collective labor relations and preventive labor planning. Natalia also has extensive experience in the design of procedural strategies, having handled large portfolios of labor lawsuits.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and has a Certificate of Specialization in Labor Law from the Executive Specialization Program of Universidad Esan and Postgraduate Studies in Labor Relations and Legislation from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). 

Her professional practice focuses on the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Financial Law, regularly advising domestic and foreign companies in the areas of her specialty, particularly in the corporate maintenance of the same, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of commercial and financial contracts.

Additionally, she has complemented her professional practice with postgraduate studies in Financial Law, Corporate Law, Compliance and Data Protection.

She is a lawyer from Universidad Católica San Pablo (UCSP) and holds a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary University (QMUL) of London.

She specializes in aviation regulatory matters, aviation safety and the use of infrastructure and services by airport operators, as well as administrative procedures before governmental authorities, authorizations and operating certifications required in the airline industry. In addition, she has experience advising several companies in corporate matters.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and has a specialization in Business and Financial Law from Universidad ESAN.

Her practice focuses on legal advice on matters related to telecommunications, focusing on infrastructure deployment, as well as technology, cybersecurity, and personal data protection issues. She has also participated in the development of corporate legal strategies from the administrative analysis, as well as in matters related to health registrations, artificial intelligence projects and cybersecurity assessment from the legal perspective.

Andrea has extensive experience in Administrative Law, Regulatory & IT practice Law, including administrative proceedings, advice on different technological projects, and cybersecurity matters.

Andrea graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, holds a Master’s degree in Legaltech and Digital Management of the Legal Profession from Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. She has also conducted postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Law from Universidad de Buenos Aires, and recently obtained the Cybersecurity Managing Risk in the Information Age Certificate from Harvard.
