Her professional practice focuses on labor counseling in individual and collective labor relations and preventive labor planning. Natalia also has extensive experience in the design of procedural strategies, having handled large portfolios of labor lawsuits.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and has a Certificate of Specialization in Labor Law from the Executive Specialization Program of Universidad Esan and Postgraduate Studies in Labor Relations and Legislation from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
