MARIANA MALLEA
Her professional practice focuses on advising in the sub-sectors of hydrocarbons, energy, natural resources and infrastructure, as well as issues related to Transparency and Access to Public Information, regulatory consultations, and accompaniment in projects of the sector, preparation of analysis of legal devices, and oil contracts.
Mariana also has extensive knowledge in regulated sectors, and solid experience with national and international institutions to achieve the proposed objectives.
She has been a teaching assistant for the Administrative Law II course, and for the Legal Clinic on Natural Resources and Renewable Energies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She is a permanent member of the Regional Program on Energy Security and Climate Change in Latin America (EKLA).
She has published an article in the legal journal “Derecho y Sociedad”: Ordenamiento Territorial como herramienta de la sostenibilidad (2022) [“Law and Society”: Land Management as a tool for sustainability (2022) ] and writes articles to be published in the Web Portal “Prometheo” of the Legal Journal “Círculo de Derecho Administrativo” [Administrative Law Circle].
She participates in several webinars related to: Sustainability, Distributed Generation, Change of the Energy Matrix of the Transportation sector, Energy Efficiency, among others.
