LUCIA LUNA
Senior Associate
Lucia has experience in the public and private sector, focusing on several economic sectors and/or business categories where Administrative Law and regulation are key and cross-cutting. Her experience includes the elimination of bureaucratic barriers, regulatory improvements, administrative simplification, antitrust, bankruptcy, dumping and subsidies, non-tariff trade barriers and technical barriers to trade, education, training and culture, mining matters, among others. She is the author of “Instructional Module on Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers”, and the author of the academic course bearing the same name at the School of Indecopi, and of the handbook entitled “the ABC of Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers aimed at MSEs”. She has participated in conferences, lectures, workshops, and interviews related to this field of study. She graduated with honors from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and was awarded a MSc Regulation by London School of Economics, having obtained the Chevening and Mansion House scholarship from the British Government.
